Three days is a good length to get to know Cotopaxi without rushing and to give your body time to adapt to altitude. Here is a flexible itinerary you can adjust to the weather and your mood.
Day 1: arrival and acclimatisation
Leave Quito in the morning, arrive at the lodge, have lunch and rest. In the afternoon, take a short walk on nearby trails and have dinner by the fire.

Day 2: national park
With your body better adapted, visit Cotopaxi National Park: viewpoints, the Limpiopungo Lagoon area and walks with volcano views. Return to the lodge to rest.
Day 3: nature and local culture
Choose between a horseback ride with chagras, a bike ride or trout fishing. After lunch, head back to Quito at an easy pace.
Everything can be adjusted. See the experiences, check how to get here and contact us to build a plan that fits you.
